With the “re”-introduction of Marvel’s Black Panther to mainstream pop-culture, there have been a number of online conversation about Wakanda.

On the one hand, some people don’t know the comic history of the great fictional African country. They don’t understand why they became isolated from the rest of the world. They don’t understand why outsiders are not allowed. Our own King Phayce provides us with a brief comic book history of Kingdom of Wakanda.

We then switch the conversation to another online topic about whether there is a need for a modern day Wakanda to help African Americans heal and rebuild. A place where racism and economic oppression give way from free-education and cultural unity. Can the Wakandan way of life be an operable solution to people of African decent? Listen and let us know what you think.

We’ll also give you some great Geeky News of the week during out Sith News segment. From Gene Simmons to TV Show cancellations. From Windows 10 to Disney Infinity.
